Fight For Your Life

2026 Program | January-June Cohort

A structured six-month wellness program rooted in movement, discipline, and community support.

What Fight For Your Life Is

Fight For Your Life is a six-month, cohort-based wellness program designed to support long-term health through structure, consistency, and accountability.

This program brings together disciplined movement, nutrition education, and financial wellness in a supportive, community-centered environment. It is not about quick fixes or short-term motivation — it is about building capacity, confidence, and sustainable habits that carry into everyday life.

Participants move through the program together, supported by coaches, facilitators, and peers who understand real-world challenges.
