About the event
The Kids Healing Cohort is a free, culturally grounded wellness program hosted by Kika’s House designed to support children’s emotional well-being, self-expression, and connection.
This nurturing cohort creates a safe and engaging space for children to explore mindfulness, movement, creative expression, and community care. Through age-appropriate activities, participants build confidence, emotional awareness, and healthy coping skills in a supportive group setting.
The program centers healing, joy, and growth—meeting children where they are and encouraging them to thrive.
Cohort 1 Dates: February 25; March 4, 11, 18, 25; and April 1
Cohort 2 Dates: June 3, 10, 17, 24; July 1 and July 8
